2. Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between SAJESS and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the site. www.sajessparis.com .
Any order implies the buyer's full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
SAJESS jewelry is handmade to order and to the customer's size.
Each piece being unique, slight variations may exist from one model to another.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product sheet.
No size options are offered when ordering: the jewelry is adjustable and made to measure.

4. Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs for international orders.
SAJESS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
Any order placed on the site www.sajessparis.com constitutes acceptance of the prices, descriptions and these T&Cs.
An order confirmation is sent by email after validation and payment.
SAJESS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer, payment problems or suspicion of fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments and made only by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Shipping costs : offered in mainland France (excluding Corsica and French overseas departments and territories), billed for other destinations
A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
8. Custom Orders – Lead Times and Policy
All SAJESS creations are made to order and to the customer's size.
This unique character implies a estimated manufacturing time between 4 and 12 working weeks from the validation of the order and payment.
No exchange, refund or modification can be made once the order has been confirmed, except in the event of a manifest defect recognized by our workshop.
By confirming their order, the customer expressly accepts this condition linked to the personalized nature of our jewelry.
9. Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized creations made to order.
Returns are only accepted if the jewelry received has a manufacturing defect found .
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging, to the following address:

10. Guarantees
SAJESS jewelry benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

11. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the site www.sajessparis.com (texts, visuals, logo, design, jewelry, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal data
The information collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations.

13. Disputes and applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Otherwise, the competent court will be that of the Paris jurisdiction .
